CLASS POLICIES:
Your training deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you need to reschedule a training there must be 16 days notice. You will be allowed a one-time courtesy reschedule on one of the visible dates I have remaining. I do not hold deposits for future dates. After that unfortunately you will have to forfeit deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will lose the ability to reschedule.
ARRIVAL EXPECTATIONS:
Your remaining balance will be due at the start of your in-person training in cash or Zelle ONLY. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the session begins on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time without a refund or adjustment in fees.
CLASS MODEL EXPECTATIONS:
If you are taking a Full Brow lamination training or a Wax + tint training, you will do 1 full model by yourself. Before your independent model, you will watch me do a demonstration where you can record, take notes, ask questions while I break down step by step what I’m doing. If you are coming from Philly or surrounding areas, you will have to provided your OWN model for trainings. Unless you are coming out of state, I will not provide a model.
